Swastik Entech Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1993. Initially company was working like research centre Actually Company was run by family entrepreneurs. Mr. Kalpesh Gajjar (Entrepreneur) is the man who designed all these machines. Company started designing in the field of construction machineries. At that time the facility of the computer was not available though they started designing on the drawing paper. Their first product is Bar Cutting machine & Bar Bending machine. The design of these two machines was started in 1994 & 1995. Their Production was started from 1997. That is why we are known as Pioneer of rebar cutting machinery & rebar bending machinery in India.

But from 1995 due to the introduction of computer the designs of these machines are revised using AutoCAD software. Since that time the productions of these two cutting & bending machines was done in the small workshop situated in Visnagar town of north Gujarat area. Mr. Kalpesh Gajjar updating their designs time to time as per the requirement.

In 1999-2000 one of the friends of Mr. Kalpesh Gajjar had given the proposal of designing a new machine named Oil Expeller which is used in oil industry for oil extrusion from seeds especially from cotton seeds. And this proposal is converted in a great revolution in oil industries. The production of this machine is started in 2008. The result of this design the machine produced is consuming 35% to 40% less energy compare to conventional oil expellers. This machine can cause the lower energy consumption & can also bring down the oil prices which are continuously rising in market. In-between these times company has faced many problems like financially & other problems but company has tackled these problems very well.

Since the first Indian rebar bending and shearing machines were introduced onto the market as early as 1993 and are, today, still manufactured and sold under the brand names Destroyer S32, S42 & B32, B42. That is why Swastik is known as pioneer of rebar and wire mesh processing machinery in India. These machines featuring high-performance and easy operation. Recently we joined the EMPO Ltd (Turkey, Europe) for providing automatic range of Rebar & wire mesh fabrication and processing machinery.
